Heather Nicole Driscoll, 26, Des Moines, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; and driving while license denied or revoked at 1:52 a.m.

Brady James Majors, 18, NW Pleasant Street, was charged with fifth-degree theft, at 12:46 p.m.

Jonathan Michael Koenig, 28, SW Linden Street, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated, third offense; at 11:37 p.m.

Michael Joseph Scott, 25, was charged with assault domestic abuse with injury and obstruction of emergency communications, at 5:32 a.m. Scott was fighting with his girlfriend and took her phone away when she tried to dial 911, according to police. Red arms were left on her arms and back, police said. Scott left the home before police arrived, according to police.

May 12

Benjamin Thomas Borland, 21, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; at 1:38 a.m.

May 13

Anthony Ardon, 22, NW Arlan Drive, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:26 p.m.

Becky Sue Espey, 46, S. Ankeny Blvd., was charged with fifth-degree theft at 3:55 p.m.

Jamie Joseph Schultz, 33, Prairie De Chein, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:54 a.m.

May 15

Steven Andrew Taxted, 29, Polk City, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; fail to yield half of roadway when meeting vehicle, driving left of center at 1:13 a.m.
