Brooke Michael, an animal care technician with the Animal Rescue League of Iowa, took a moment last week to introduce us to Brandy, a two-year-old female pitbull terrier available for adoption at the ARL Main facility.

Brandy is mild-mannered dog who can go from playful to cuddly in a second. She loves to play with toys, especially if it means a good game of tug of war with a rope. Brandy would do well in a home with teens or adults as she can be an accidental powerhouse at times.
