There are few things as joyful as spending time with those you love,
doing something that you love. Connect with your partner on a new
level with a heart and chest opening yoga pose designed for two:
Stand in front of your partner with a distance of 2-4 feet apart,
depending on you and your partners height. Inhale and lift your arms
overheard, press your palms towards each other and stack your hips
over your ankles and form the shape of a steeple. As you stretch
through the hamstrings and shoulders, firmly press against your
partners palms. Lift your gaze and stare into their eyes or slightly
tuck your chin. Hold for 5-10 breaths.
