Cap City Fitness owned by Mary Hall offers QUALITY group fitness classes at a very affordable price! Most classes are uniquely designed and instructed by one of 8 Certified Personal Trainers on staff, giving you an endless variety of workouts! Prices range from $35 to $50 for a 10 Week Session of classes. Cap City is a ministry of Capitol City Baptist Church (CCBC). Classes are held in CCBC's fitness center and gym, located at 5990 NE 14th St, Des Moines, just south of Ankeny.
