Alzheimer's Family Caregiver Support Group in room 119 at the Neveln Community Center in Ankeny, Iowa.
6:30-8:00 pm on the second Thursday of the month.
Support group meetings are a family caregiver's opportunity to learn more about Alzheimer's disease and caregiving from peers who have had similar experiences or have the same questions or concerns.

More About New Horizons Adult Day Center
New Horizons Adult Day Center provides care services for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other neurological conditions. The program, which was founded in 2000, offers health care monitoring, supervision, therapeutic recreation, transportation and social services. All staff are trained volunteers.
