Annual Ankeny High School Alumni Banquet.
July 13th is the date for the Ankeny Alumni Association's 2012 Golf Tournament and Banquet. Join in celebrating the 1962 class with a 50 year pin. Also recognizing the classes that end in nummbers 2 and 7; in addition the Alumni Association will announce this year's inductees into the Hall of Honor and the recipients of the Ankeny Alumni Legacy Scholarships, the AHS Almni Scholarships, the Lein Family Scholarship and others.
In addition, the Association is pleased to kick off a year-long celebration of "A Century of AHS Graduates"! 2013 will be the 100th class to graduate from Ankeny High School! Both the Ankeny Area Historical Society and the Ankeny Alumni Association support the work of steering committee chair, Rose Hutton-Taylor ('72) and her committee of alumni volunteers as they plan activities; Rose will create a slide show for the banquet, and Rick Hermann ('79) will narrate the show.
Join the Ankeny Alumni Association for a wonderful Hickory Park-catered dinner, hear about AHS's 100-year history, and enjoy catching up with fellow Alumni throughout the day on July 13th! Noete new location * Lakeside Center.

More About Lakeside Center
Lakeside Center is a 3,500-square-foot facility that can be rented for a variety of different functions. The center has a 250-person maximum capacity and provides 250 chairs and 26 8-foot tables. Included in the rental fee are kitchen appliances such as a stove, refrigerator and freezer. Seventy-one parking spaces are available adjacent to the facility.
