The Net Zero EcoLogic home in Prairie Trail hosts Iowa State University's 2012 solar car, Hyperion. This car takes test drives around central Iowa to prepare for the national solar car race in July, and will bring the car to Ankeny for one day only.
This is a great event for kids, as it showcases how science and engineering meet real world applications.
Meet and greet Team PrISUm, then tour our solar powered home, which by the way had an energy bill credit of over $30 last month!
