Anytime Fitness, the world’s largest and fastest-growing 24-hour co-ed fitness club, is celebrating its personal training staff at 2505 SW White Birch Drive in Ankeny’s Prairie Trail.  To service the growing needs of their members, Anytime Fitness is pleased to announce the evolution of its personal training staff to include a Personal Training Manager and seven Certified Personal Trainers (CPT).

Tiffany Christensen, owner of the SW Ankeny Anytime Fitness, couldn’t be happier about the growth of the training team. “Helping our members improve their health and fitness is an honor,” Christensen said. “The team is experienced, educated, and inspiring.  They are working to help people in Ankeny overcome the barriers to a healthier life.”

Anytime Fitness at Prairie Trail is excited to have hired a diverse group of training professionals on Finnestad’s team able to service their varied members’ needs.   Each CPT has his or her own area of expertise including: weight loss, endurance training, muscle mass development, P90x, sports conditioning, and senior aged training.

Christensen encourages community members to stop by the club and experience what Anytime Fitness has to offer.   New and current members are provided a complimentary fitness consultation with Finnestad to discuss goals, past experiences, limitations, and to access current fitness levels.  Finnestad is then able to recommend the best trainer to work with the member to develop an individualized workout plan.  On-going training options include one-on-one, buddy, and small group to best meet all needs and budgets.

At Anytime Fitness, members can work out on their terms, any time of the day or night, every day of the year. The gyms are staffed approximately eight hours a day, but members can access the club whenever the like – even during unstaffed hours – using a secure, computerized key-fob system.

“We make it easy for our members to exercise whenever and however they like,” said Christensen.  “The gym is clean and well-maintained, featuring the best exercise equipment and most professional staff available.”
