Goodbye and Thank You

Dear Patch Readers,

I want to thank you for your readership and your support these last couple years. I've been covering Ames on Ames.Patch.Com since the summer of 2011 and recently began covering Ankeny in May.

You might have read in August, that some Patch.com sites would close. And the Ames and Ankeny patch sites will remain open, but they will no longer operate with an editor. My last day will be Tuesday, Oct. 15.
