Sept. 20

Jovon D. McGruder, 29, Des Moines, was charged with eluding and driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked

Sept. 24

James J. Zimmerman, 26, NW Scott Street, was charged with fifth-degree theft.

Sept. 25

Paul S. Turner, 50, SW Kenworthy Drive, was charged with domestic abuse assault with strangulation.

Sept. 26

Shawna J. Leonard, 22, Des Moines, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked.

Sept. 27

Jasmine R. Jonas, 21, NW Jackson Drive, was charged with fifth-degree theft.

Peggy L. Jonas, 54, NW Jackson Drive, was charged with fifth-degree theft.

Keith S. Pederson, 46, SW Arlan Drive, was charged with domestic abuse assault with intent or a weapon.

Kyle B. Reinders, 19, was charged with public intoxication and trespass.

Zachary J. Turbes, 18, was charged with public intoxication and trespass.
