Jacob A. Reistruffer, 18, Franklin Township, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense.
Sept. 14
Lucas B. Lathrop, 23, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of precursors, possession of clonazepam, a schedule IV drug; possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.
Sept. 16
Michael A. Moorhead, 22, Woodward, was charged with fifth-degree theft.
Sept. 17
Jose Pacheco, 30, Ankeny, was charged with domestic abuse with injury and obstruction of emergency communications.
Nicolette R. Husson, 18, Colfax, was charged with fifth-degree theft.
