The smell of fresh buttercream frosting wafted through the air Saturday afternoon as Kristin Schroeder, the owner of Buttercream Bella, taught a cupcake decorating class. Participants decorated cupcakes with a harvest theme, using stencils to create leaf decorations for thier cupcakes. Buttercream Bella offers a number of classes for anyone who's looking to brush up on their decorating skills. Schroeder teaches both cake and cupcake-decorating workshops, as well as "Mommy and Me" classes where kids have a chance to work together with their mothers.
