The Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) Ankeny Campus is offering a non-credit course, How to Tame a Bully. The class will be held at the Ankeny Campus on Tuesday, June 5 in Building 18, Room 1.
Using real-life scenarios as well as exaggerated role-play, this class helps participants improve their skills in dealing with tough customers. This is a practical class for anyone who finds themselves in situations where they sometimes have to work with individuals who appear to be set on making life difficult for those around them.
