Estella A. Payton, 32, NW College Ave., was charged with violating a no contact or protective order.

James A. Wilson, III, 32, West Des Moines, was charged with carrying weapons.

Aug. 20

Nicholas G. Thompson, 22, NE 41st St., was charged with possessing contraband in a correctional facility and driving while license suspended, denied, cancelled or revoked.

Aug. 21

Rhonda J. Hopewell, 48, Waukee, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense.

Timothy F. Manriques, 32, was charged with carrying weapons, public consumption of alcohol, verbal domestic and interference with official acts.

Joshua J. Pehl, 19, Cedar Falls, was charged with fifth-degree theft.
