About Mark
Once upon a time, a boy named Mark met a girl named Katie. They were young and silly, and they fell in love. Eventually they married, and started building a family. First came Trouble, the kitty of the family and ruler of all she surveys. She is beautiful and she knows it. Next came Wrigley, the family dog. Trouble tolerates Wrigley, but nothing more than that. Sensing they were starting to resemble a pet store, instead of a home, Mark and Katie decided to add an actual human being to the family, and welcomed their son Seton to the world in March of 2011.
Mark started this real estate thing in 2005 and has been doing it full-time since then. Over time Mark realized that the majority of real estate agents are the same. They say the same things, they market the same way, and they treat clients the same. Mark did not like this so he set about creating his own unique way of practicing real estate.
Mark wanted to find a way to provide clients with an amazing sense of value. He wanted them to feel that they were not only well represented, but also well cared for. That was the mission at the start and that is the same mission that exists today.
In 2013 Mark decided to compile a team of other talented people and offer their services to his clients. That team includes a photographer to shoot high-end looking photos, a creative director/cinematographer to direct the overall theme and feel of the marketing of Mark Charter Real Estate, a client concierge to help clients with the little things that pop up during a transaction, a client designer/stager to help clients prepare their homes for sale or create a theme in their new home and Mark also aligned his business with a moving company to offer assistance to his clients during their move. All of these things are free of charge to his clients. Mark feels that no other agent in the business offers their clients such a complete package that will help them buy or sell.
Mark's overall goal on every deal is simple. He wants to provide such great service that after the deal is done, that client will happily provide a positive review of the transaction. This goal is what makes Mark one of the most recommended agents in Central Iowa.
When you add it all up, when you take into account what Mark offers clients in terms of services, marketing and care, Mark truly feels he is the best option available in the market today and he hopes you will experience this for yourself very soon!
